Defect work

Defect Work is the process of identifying, recording, and rectifying construction deficiencies across structural, architectural, and MEP works to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and functional requirements. It involves preparing a defect list, corrective action by the contractor, and re-inspection to confirm quality. All rectification works must be completed within the Defect Liability Period (DLP), ensuring the project is handed over in its highest quality and optimal condition to the client.

Asbuilt Drawing

As-built Drawings are the final set of construction documents that record all modifications, adjustments, and deviations made during the construction process. They reflect the exact dimensions, locations, materials, and installation details of structural, architectural, and MEP works as actually built on site. Serving as an essential reference for future maintenance, renovation, and facility management, As-built Drawings ensure the project is documented accurately and handed over in complete compliance with project requirements.

Warranty

Warranty in construction refers to the contractor’s obligation to guarantee the quality, workmanship, and materials of the completed project for a specified period after handover. During the warranty period, the contractor is responsible for repairing, replacing, or correcting any defects arising from construction works or installed systems at no additional cost to the client. This ensures long-term performance, reliability, and protection of the owner’s investment in the project.
